Before building beautiful communities from the ground up, Grenadier had to build our company the same way. We began in Uptown Dallas, seeing an opportunity to make a name for ourselves through retail and small apartment renovations. Quickly moving into new construction, we expanded our portfolio and presence in Dallas throughout the years, gaining a reputation of excellence as we spread throughout the Metroplex. And with new communities coming soon, there’s sure to be a Grenadier home calling your name.

Grenadier’s founders – John Egnatis and Anthony Natale – met in 1970, when Anthony’s father was building custom homes for both his and John’s families. John and Anthony developed a fast friendship, built on a shared love of hockey. In fact, the two would play for hours on end – both on the street and on the ice at Grenadier Pond. So began the journey that would eventually lead to the founding of Grenadier Homes.

Debra is a true Texan from the DFW metroplex. Her family roots go as far back as the Republic of Texas.

She follows a heritage of Real Estate as well. Her Grandfather started and was the broker for Arlington Real Estate, her father was a realtor there and later built custom homes.

Debra has been licensed as a realtor in 4 different states but Loves the New Home/Construction industry. As a New Home Consultant she has won multiple awards including President’s Club with Darling Homes, her favorite was a trip to the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco with them, best mystery shop David Weekley, Rookie of the Year 2018 Lillian Custom Homes, Top Regional Sales Grand Homes and numerous top monthly sales.

She attributes her success to excellent customer service and genuine concern for her clients. She loves the Ritz Carlton motto “We are Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlement”.

Her favorite past time is spending time with her dogs Polo and Jojo and rescuing other dogs and animals. She also loves patio time and sunsets.

In 2000, Jessica got her first job in home sales and knew she found her calling. Since then, she has gained great experience in the real estate industry. Her experience ranges through retail and commercial real estate, residential development and traditional home sales, but she finds that new home sales is what she loves the most.
