Grenadier began when two five-year-old neighbor friends laced up their skates on Grenadier Pond, unaware that childhood games would one day inspire a homebuilding legacy. Growing up in European-influenced households and backpacking after college while wandering the streets and courtyards of European cities and villages, we developed an instinct for human-scale places, graceful proportions, community life and details of architecture that feel lived-in and loved. For over 30 years, that shared sensibility has shaped our right-sized townhomes and patio homes across DFW, creating spaces that live beautifully, breathe easily, and feel naturally connected to the way people want to live today.

Our People
Our people are the keepers of our mission and the stewards of our culture. Many came from large volume builders and stayed because they wanted work with meaning, and to build homes shaped by collaboration, not quotas. Our leadership team, with over 200 combined years of expertise, sets that tone, working side by side with designers, builders, and sales professionals in every planning session. With 10, 15, and 20 year veterans guiding each decision, homeowners gain something rare: a home crafted by committed hands that care deeply about its future.

Grenadier Homes Founded
Grenadier Homes started as Uptown pioneers with a retail renovation and two small apartment renovations.
Visionary Townhome Builder
The company quickly moved into new construction, staking a claim as a visionary 2/3 story luxury townhome builder in Uptown Dallas.
