Build Quality Confirmation (BQC)
The Build Quality Confirmation inspection was designed as an unbiased 3rd party quality walk through to help certify the quality standard of each home.
BQC Certifiers inspect every home to lower potential warranty claims and increase customer satisfaction.
The items inspected and certified include:
- Interior Inspection of paint, sheetrock, flooring, countertops and trim with photos of items identified that do not meet the stringent quality standards. This allows the homebuilder to make necessary updates prior to any home closing.
- Operability of all appliances, windows, doors, cabinets, outlets, lights, closet rods, door stops, fans, hot and cold water.
- Exterior inspection of landscape, irrigation, roof, gutters, siding, paint, brick and mortar seals.
