Should you choose to go the custom selection route, we offer a world-class design experience that starts with our simple “1-2-3” approach to home design, which guides you through every step of the design process for a worry and stress-free experience.

The first step is to survey your personal style. The second step is to select cabinets, counter tops, and flooring, which create the usual centerpiece and design anchor for the other fixtures of your home. The final step is to select the finishing touches from lighting to plumbing fixtures to wall colors and appliances, etc. as you complete your dream home.

Kathy Costa

Kathy is an award-winning designer from Dallas. She grew up all over the US in a military family, before settling in Texas 35 years ago. She is happily married with 4 children and maintains a good work-life balance. When she is not designing homes for Grenadier and setting local design trends, she is active in local arts and theater. She also enjoys volunteering as an advocate for foster children. Kathy believes design should be fun and your home should be an expression of you. She can’t wait to help you express yourself with your new Grenadier home!

Amy was born and raised in Texas; she graduated from Texas State University in 2010, earning her degree in Interior Design. She began her career with Grenadier Homes in 2011 and loves her position as a Design Consultant. When she’s not chasing around her toddler with her husband, she enjoys her book club, crafting, and spending time with friends and family. Helping someone make the decisions that will shape their new home and make it a place where they can enjoy life is what fulfills Amy’s passion for interior design.

Kenna Chandhok

Kenna is a recent Texas transplant after having lived in the Carolinas, both North and South.  She is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, but also a life-long South Carolina Gamecock fan.  Bless her heart.  She is married to a handsome Canadian and together they have two busy middle school age kiddos and a rescue pup named Bucky (yes, inspired by the gas station).  In her spare time, you can find her scoping out a new restaurant, listening to a podcast, watching sports or the Golden Girls.  Kenna, a Parade of Homes award winning professional, began working in the homebuilding industry in 2004 and has wide ranging new home experience – her most rewarding being design.  She loves and looks forward to meeting new home buyers and helping their vision come to fruition.

De'Shea Dean

De’Shea is originally from Freeport, Grand Bahamas, but is now calling Texas her forever home.  She is a graduate of The American College in London, England with a B.A. in Interior Design   De’Shea loves ALL things design and in her spare time she enjoys driving around looking at different architectural homes and hiking around the DFW area.  She is looking forward to working with our home buyers to create THE BEST vision of their dream home.

Chelsea Sparks

Chelsea Sparks has lived all over the great state of Texas. Originally from Florida, she moved to DFW with family where she attended school at the University of North Texas and received her degree in Merchandising and Sociology. Chelsea has always loved interiors and comes from a long line of interior decorators and house flippers. When she is not happily coordinating and helping Grenadier Home buyers through the design process, she is watching UFC on Saturdays, finding a new trail to run, and planning her next getaway trip.
